It's such a small world, isn't it? We were found by this beautiful bride through a wedding we shot a couple years ago. Not too surprising - until you learn that wedding was north of Seattle.
We knew we liked Elena from the first time we all met. She is so great and easy to get along with, so even though we didn't meet Kyle until their wedding day, we knew it was going to be a great day.
And once it got here, the day couldn't have been more perfect. The weather was great, the wedding party and guests treated everyone like family, and the bride and groom were THE best to hang out with all day. Kyle and Elena have had an interesting journey together. We're so happy they are finally together for good!
Guys, thanks again for inviting us to this very special day! You two are amazing, your family and friends are amazing, and we wish you the absolute best on this next exciting adventure!

We were so happy to get the call asking us to shoot this wedding. Levi and Kortnie are so relaxed and easy to work with - and they planned a day that reflected them perfectly. The pics really speak for themselves.

Jami & Jeremy

These two have been together a long time. As in a REALLY LONG time; so long that families were already intermingled, friends were all mutual friends, etc. which made their day simply about celebrating this step in their life together. Her sister's farm was transformed into a wedding venue, and WOW. Everything was legit - the hay bales everyone sat on for the ceremony were borrowed, the stuff hanging on the walls of the machine barn-turned-reception hall had been there for 100 years, the candle holders are all items they found at auctions...and it was all completely unique and completely home for them.
These two LOVE kids, and the wedding party had more kids than adults (including the bride and groom), and we loved watching Jami and Jeremy love on all of them and give them a great, fun day as well.
I wish we could really explain this one, but there really is just too much. So we'll let their pics speak for themselves. This shoot almost didn't happen; not sure how or why things fell into place for this, but we're SO happy it did.
You two are completely awesome and we're so happy for you both. Thanks so much for inviting us to your big day!

Zach and Courtney

I'm gonna try to keep this as low on the sappiness scale as possible - but bear with me.

I remember the night Zach finally decided to talk to us about this girl he had been seeing (we all knew there was a girl...and we all knew it was more serious than he initially let on); told us about they worked together, how they had similar interests, that he finally passed the designated time frame for meeting her daughter and she was just as great as her mom, etc. He went on and on, basically introducing her to us. He finally ended by saying he's not sure why she decided to pick him to date, but she did...so, yeah. I looked at him for a minute and finally said, "ooohhh, you got it bad."

A couple years later, it's safe to say they still have it bad for each other. Courtney and Caelyn are already family, and we can't describe how happy we are about that. We know our boy is completely head over heels with these girls and we're so excited for them to make it official this coming March. We love you all so much!

Matt & Kacie are getting MARRIED!

I tried sitting down to write a little about this shoot but found myself rambling way too much. So I'll just say this...for reasons that would take WAY too long to explain here, Kacie (and her family) holds a very special place in our hearts. So shooting this wedding is an honor for so many reasons. We loved getting to know Matt as well - and the way these two interact together in front of a camera? Pure fun-loving joy and complete naturals. We absolutely can't wait to shoot their wedding and start picking through those shots.
Kacie, we love you and we're so happy for you and Matt! Can't wait until January!

Every so often, you get the chance to meet people who are just genuinely comfortable to be around. We knew from the first time we spoke, before we even knew any details, that this was going to be a great wedding. These two had already eloped about a year prior, so the goal for this day was to be relaxing and fun for all. No worries, no stress, no fuss.

And they didn't disappoint. Stephanie and Geoff have been blessed to be surrounded by life-loving, genuine people who welcome everyone in as their own. They gave everyone an awesome day (despite the heat and bugs that accompany an outdoor wedding), full of food, spirits, dancing and hanging out together. You can't ask for anything better than that.

Thanks so much for inviting us, welcoming us, and simply being so comfy to be around. We're truly grateful for the opportunity to be a part of your celebration!
